1. Data controller

The data controller is Unlimited Power Burst Consulting Srl, registered office at Viale Manzoni 53, 00185 Rome (RM), Italy, email info@upbconsulting.com.

2. Data processed

The site processes the data that users enter in the contact form (name, company, email, phone if provided, type of request and message) and the technical browsing data recorded by the hosting server, such as IP address, date and time of the request and page visited.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to requests sent through the form or by email: performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interest.
• Ensuring the security, maintenance and correct operation of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Complying with tax, accounting or legal obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. How data is processed

Data is processed with electronic tools and appropriate technical measures. Access is limited to authorised persons and to suppliers appointed as data processors.

5. Recipients

Data may be disclosed to the hosting provider and technical suppliers that manage email, to professional advisers and to the competent authorities where required. Data is not sold.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

The site does not load fonts, maps, analytics scripts or other services from third-party servers. If the user follows the Google Maps link on the contact page, browsing continues on Google's site, which acts as an independent controller with its own notice.

7. Retention

Data sent through the form is kept for as long as needed to reply and manage the business relationship, unless legal obligations or the need to protect rights require otherwise. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's settings.

8. Data subject rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of their data, and withdraw consent where applicable, by writing to info@upbconsulting.com. A complaint may be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
